Observations at UW-Madison
- The undergrads are pretty hot
- No, they're really hot
- There may not be a better feeling than getting an opportunity to kill time on the Union Terrace with a beer on a nice day
- Us MBA's stick out on campus like Barry Bonds at a little people's convention
- Marketing people get jobs really, really early
- Finance people get jobs really, really late
- They all wind up being really good jobs

We especially stick out when wearing suits
There's gotta be more than marketing and finance jobs out there...
Yeah, I probably am not giving enough props to the other programs...my bad.
The real estaters are mostly landing jobs in the "in between" timeframe...same with the others like Supply Chain, Engineering / Technology mgmt, etc...
The undergrads make me feel old, but then I am old.
Not as old as me Jas
i tend to believe that the marketing people chose that path because they couldn't hack it doing anything else. It is okay to be conceptual w/o actually following thru
That's interesting as a joke, perhaps...but irresponsible as a truism. Marketing is an incredibly important piece of an overall business. Not to mention you posted as "anonymous" which begs the question - why?
